Center for Interprofessional Studies and Innovation
The Center for Interprofessional Studies and Innovation (CIPSI) launched on January 11, 2011, as a platform for leaders in the health professions to collaborate with peers from across the disciplines. Together, they can develop new educational systems that will ultimately improve patient care.
It is clear that the future of health care depends upon creating teams of professionals that function smoothly. CIPSI provides a bridge to coordinate interprofessional efforts across the IHP and to foster a spirit of cooperation. Its components embrace the full spectrum of learners.
