4.1 Laptop and Mobile Device Use
The Institute has a policy requiring all students to have their own laptop computers. Laptop specifications can be located at https://www.mghihp.edu/campus-and-community-life-campus-resources-information-technology/laptop-specifications. Students will use their laptops for each class and will be required to download virtual learning platforms. All use of laptops during class periods should be related to the in-class course activities. Use of laptops while in class for activities such as reading e-mail, or accessing Internet sites that are unrelated to class activities is considered a violation of professional behavior standards, and may be subject to disciplinary action by the program.
