 If you are experiencing issues related to D2L or have any technical questions, 'Open a New Ticket' with our Institute Helpdesk Support Ticket. Institute IT staff will typically respond to your ticket within 24 hours.

Additionally, you may call the IT Help Line at (617) 724-7910. The IT Help Line is staffed by the Institute IT staff Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours are subject to change.
