4.3 Group and Timed Assignments
Use of group collaboration is required within the PP-OTD program. This will include asynchronous group with group and class-imposed deadlines, and synchronous components for presentation and reflection (e.g. weekly live classroom). If a student is unable to attend a synchronous session at the scheduled time, the student must notify the instructor and all group members PRIOR to the live session and as soon as possible. Except in extenuating circumstances, failure to notify the instructor in advance will result in a lowered grade for that exam at the discretion of the instructor.
