(1) PHYS 110AL - must be taken at the same time as this course.

Course Description

This course is the first half of an algebra-based college physics sequence. The course is taught as three courses (PHYS 110A, 110B, and 110C), all of which must be successfully completed to transfer as a semester-length course. Topics include kinetics, vectors, Newton laws, work, and energy. Students registering for this course must also register for PHYS 110AL, which is the laboratory component of the course.
