Course Description

This course continues 360 Web I, focusing on back-end development with PHP. Students learn procedural and object-oriented PHP. Students are introduced to the Model View Controller (MVC) design pattern and the Symfony development framework with the goal of establishing familiarity with working with one of the many PHP frameworks available. Students develop three web applications from the ground up. The course culminates with a capstone project in which the students, as team members, develop a full-stack web application for a non-profit client.
